Both are about the same price at newegg. These are VIA chipsets with onboard vid, aud, LAN, etc. For the life of me, they pretty much seem to be the same. To use for Celeron 133 FSB Tuls. I guess I'm leaning toward the MSI MS-6368L. My Dad and I will buy a few and put together some cheapie systems.

Anyone know if I can add a PCI video card? Nothing in the manuals or info indicates that I can disable the onboard vid, but, I was thinking.....since W2K is PnP????
