MSI motherboard RMA!!

I belive I have a bad MSI 815e PRO.
Ive sent a email to their support team in hong kong !
But Has anyone dealt with MSI with this type of problem. IF they have any input would be greatly appreciated.

Havnt gotten in touch with him.
I believe he mentioned moving out of state.

Yes I have dealt with them, they suck. They will take the board back from you but they will want you to pay a $35 charge. Call their office in Calif. That's where you'll send the board, Calif.

 

I don't think Im going to deal with MSI.
Compuwiz is a great guy from what I hear when it comes to dealing with problems like that.
He would probably be infinitely faster then MSI corp would be.
Only problem, I cant contact him.
His email sends back undeliverable messages.
Im going to post a topic asking if anyone has contact with him.
