MSI motherboard missing features?

I have a MSI K7N2- Delta L motherboard. And it is suppose to have Serial ATA support. But the connectors are missing. I can see the spaces where they are suppose to be, places on the board labeled JATA SER1, and JATA SER2 are exactly where the ports are suppose to be. Looks like they just weren't soldered on. Any theories?

Plus, the board locks up, and reboots a lot.

MSI hasn't responded to my email.

Make sure that where you bought the board from didn't say like "lite edition" or there isn't a delux version of the board. It could be that board doesn't include the SATA headers to save some money.

This may seem obvious but you would be amazed at the number of times this gets overlooked. Is the 4 pin 12volt aux power connector plugged in? I know that board will boot without it but it won't be very stable. MSI K7N2- Delta L does not include the SATA option. You need to get the ILSR to get all the extra features like SATA.
