msi kt8 and k4h560838d-tcc4 problem

Hello!
I recently buy this system
Msi kt8
Athlon 64 2800+
samsung k4h560838d-tcc4 256 ram (400mhz????)


But something is wrong with my memory samsung k4h560838d-tcc4.

It passed memtest86, superpi 32m, and prime95 succesfully for hours!!!

But windows xp somethimes shows some error windows.

I change the module and it seems no problems!!!

I think my samsung moudele is not good. But it passed all test (superpi, memtest, prime95)
