Rats!
My first ever dead board! Thought it was in suspend, couldn't get it out - cursed Win98 and tried to reboot!
Wouldn't even post! There were quick 3 beeps followed by some disc activity then a continuous quick 'beep..beep..beep..etc". The lights said doing the memory detection phase. So I changed the memory [crucial cas2 pc133] sticks - no joy [though the removed memory works in other machines [phew!!]
Bother!!!!

Wow. That sucks!! I've never heard of a newer board just dying so suddenly. How long have you had it? Keep us posted if you find out what happened?
 
You might have already tried, but pull the cpu, reseat, and try again.

Is the cpu unlocked?

I had a BXMaster that did about the same thing. It was working fine for a week or so and then one day it just failed with a memory error. It's replacement has been rock solid 24/7 for a year though.
