MSI KT6V-LSR problem

Anyone ever have this problem? I have an MSI KT6V-LST that I just picked up refurb from Newegg last month. I was running a single stick of RAM, and just picked up 2. It seems that the slot closer to the CPU wont recognize anything when I put it in, even when that same stick works in the next slot.

Could there be any other causes to this problem? I REALLY don't want to have to be without a mobo while I wait for a replacement...

Posted this in the motherboard forum, just realized this is probably a better spot. I have 2 sticks of Kingmax PC3500 and a stick of HyperX PC3500, all 3 work in my spare system so I know thats not the issue.

Sounds like a bad Dimm slot. I.e., bad mobo.

EDIT: BTW, yeah, I had this problem b4 and had to RMA the board.
