MSI kt400ultra + dlink dwl 520+ = hung system

I've tried two different wireless cards now. I can install them fine but my system freezes up within a couple of minutes. I have to do reboot the system. I can't find anything on google about it. I've tried updating drivers, trying different pci slots, making sure the card was on its own IRQ, etc. to no effect.

Any help would be appreciated!
