MSI KT4 Ultra?

I'm looking at the vanilla version, which is going for $79.50 at MWave. Does anyone have any experience with this board? I'm looking to pair it with a XP 2100+ processor.

IMHO, the only downfall to this board is the limited overclocking potential. You can only adjust the v-core 1.0volts either way (i.e. 1.5 - 1.7 for a T-Bread @ 1.6v default). Other than that, it is an excellent board.

Do you plan to oc?

The KT4V is a great little board. Quite fast and stable and has the onboard NIC.
