MSI KT3Ultra2 Beep in Windows?

Hi all,

My computer is producing a single low-tone beep from my PC speaker every 2 minutes (almost on the nose) while my PC is running fine while in WindowsXP. My system otherwise seems to be running just fine. My internal temperatures seem to be ok. I cannot find anywhere what the beep codes mean. I have seen a post listing what the beeps mean while booting up, but not while within windows.

Anyone who can provide help would be most appreciated.

All the LEDs in the bracket to is report POST errors if he can get into Windows he can more then likely POST I would think. So the LEDs shouldn't tell him anything.
