MSI KT3 Ultra2 problem

I just installed my brand new MSI KT3 Ultra2 mobo. When I turned it on, it keeps hanging up at the same place and won't even POST. According to the diagnostic LEDs on the D-Bracket 2, it's hanging up at the "Initializing Hard Drive Controller" stage.

I've tried swapping out multiple hard drives and IDE cables, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions??

Do you have the HDD jumpered correctly? Can you get into BIOS before it hangs? Will it POST without the HDD connected?

Unhook the drives altogether, clear cmos, boot and go into bios, check all the settings (especially ide), power down, hook drives back up and try again
