MSI KT3 Ultra2(KT333) or KT4 Ultra(KT400)??

I'm getting a new motherboard! I heard the VIA was not sticking witht he KT400 chipset? Any reason why I sould get the 400 over the 333? Just wondering? Is the KT400 worth the extra money? Feature wise, the KT3 looks better, but I would be happy with the KT4s features as well!

Any comments or suggestions would be great!

Check the multiplier. Not even unlocked! 1600+! Very tweakable and expandable! 2800+ is going here soon. will be one of the fastest on the planet! Can't do this to mem with 333. 3DMARK2001se benches at 9199! very cool!
