MSI kt3 ultra2, good overclocker?

I'm in the need of a new mobo for my 1600+ AGOIA. Since I am buying a new mobo with a 1/5 divider I'm going to invest in some XMS 2700 c2 256mb and attempt to take my cpu to a 166fsb. Is this a very likely overclock with this board. I can get it for $75 at a local shop and need something as soon as possible.

Shoud be doable given the right cooling(water that is), I've got the kt4v, and it's LOADED with overclocking features. ain't a whole lot of difference between the two accept for unofficial ddr400 support and agp3.0. lofty goal though, that's a little faster than an XP2600+ 166*14=2.3GHz
