MSI KT3 Ultra Shut down problem

My KT3 Ultra couldn't shutdown completly under Win XP.
I think the problem comes from the M/B itself not from XP because it power off(for less than a second) and suddenly power on again. I know it is different than restart.
I disable all wake up setting under bios.
Anyone has similar problem?

 
I have the MSI KT3 ARU, but have had nothing but stability from it!

Does it happen with just the videocard in place or only when you put in other add-on cards(scsi, nic, etc)? Which bios version installed in your board? Maybe flash to a newer version.
 
Using MSI KT3 Ultra ARU with Win ME. No Shutdown problems.
A friend had this problem with the Asus A7V333. Changed the NIC adapter.
It now works fine (Win XP).
