I currently have the above board, and have a question. I have a total of 4 120gig hard drives. I have two right now set in a mirroring array, and would like to set the other two to the same. My problem however is the onboard Promise FastTrack133 LITE Raid controller will not create an additional mirroring array or any array for that matter. As a temporary solution, I have Windows 2000 Server doing a software mirroring setup but I don't want to leave it that way. I CAN NOT utilize any more PCI slots, as all are full. I am using a 2u rackmount case for this server, and have the video and nic in the two pci slots available on the riser card. Does anyone have any suggestions as to get by this? Just like we've been able to convert Ultra100's to Fasttracks but can I get the LITE version upgraded to full?

Thanks

The onboard aka lite version usually can do RAID 0, or RAID 1, or RAID 0+1,
I never seen it can do "two" RAID 1 on one controler, that's what you want right?
I guess you have to with the full version to do that. I'm not sure though.

Right, I want two arrays that are RAID 1 each but with no extra pci slots, I have to stick with onboard. UNLESS I get a low profile adapter and take the bracket completely off and just sit it in a slot...

Anybody else have any suggestions? Can I just flash teh promise bios with a real Fastrack133 one? Or should I just get a low profile PCI card and try to make the cables reach it...
