I recently upgraded the BIOS on my mobo, everything went fine, booted into Windows, and then proceeded to shutdown. The next time I attempted to boot my computer, there was a video signal, all LEDs were red, and there was no post. I tried the BIOS recovery procedude mentioned on MSI's website, still no go. At first I thought it might have been a bad processor, so I took one out of my other system, still no post. Anyone have any ideas before I try for an RMA? I also tried booting with just the video card in, everything else taken out, and still no go. The video card definitely works cause I tried on a Epox 8KHA+ board I just recently picked up.

System Stats:
Athlon XP 1700+
Ati Radeon 32mb DDR Vid Card
SB Audigy Sound Card
Linksys Ethernet Card
