MSI K9AGM3-FIH

Hey I bought a new parts for my computer last week and the motherboard that I am using is the MSI K9AGM3-FIH. I"ve been told that AMD Processor are overclockable. I have been trying to get around to overclocking my computer but couldn't. I am running a AMD 64 Brisbane 4000+ 2.2 Ghz. Anyone help?

Anyone else running this board as well? I like to hear your opinion/experience on this.
