I've been trying to overclock my new system with a AMD Athlon 64 3200+. When I go 205mhz x 10 multiplyer is crashes after the 3rd or 4th test in PC-Mark 2004. I can't seem to change the vcore in the bios, which is some kinda crappy AMI bios that doesn't even recognize the fan RPM of the ZALMAN cooler.

THE ANTEC ARIA CASE DOES RUN HOT!!!!

It's closed and I have a steady 47 degrees CPU and 43 system. And that's with the blower-slot installed. Under load it hits 50+

Another problem I have is trying to get floppy access on this system. It doesn't have a power cable for a floppy, so I plugged it into the power supply of another system. Why am I using a floppy? Well I had to, in order to install Windows XP with the SATA Raid driver, otherwise it didn't see the hard drive. And now I need to flash the bios, and I'll be damned if I rig that up again to install it. Is there some sort of simple solution? USB Floppy that acts as A:? bootable? I already tried making a NERO Boot-CD with the bios update, and it didn't work. I guess it doesn't like DR-DOS.

HELP PLEASE!!

No. I'm currently trying to get this to run:

Antec ARIA
MSI K8TM-ILS (6741)
AMD Athlon 64 3200+ (2.0Ghz 1GB)
Apacer 1024MB 3200 (400DDR)
1 SATA Maxtor 200GB

I thought I'd checked that Apacer works with this configuration but I'm beginning to think it doesn't.

Your temps are okay, but you definitely bought the wrong case and motherboard, if you want to overclock.
