MSI K8T NEO2 or Coolermaster Centurion 5 Led Problems

I recently built a computer based on the MSI K8T NEO2-F chipset, and I cannot get the power or harddrive led to work, I am not sure that it is the motherboard or the case, or the fact that I have them in the incorrect orientation. I drew a diagram of where they are to be connected so you can assist me by telling me which numbers to put them into, in what orientation.. thanks.
