Which one would you buy for overclocking? I'm very confused about which MoBo to choose for a 3000+. Want to overclock it to 2,2Ghz at least but AGP lock is something I don't know how it goes. I mean, does Clockgen lock it? Must it be a built in BIOS feature? I'll be using a 9700Pro or 9800Pro. Which AGP frecuency does it give 220FSB? What about MSI dinamyc overclocking. I'll be using PC3200 value memory, how will it afect overclocking?

Thanks!

I just ordered the MSI. From everything I have read the MSI seems like a more stable board compared to the Asus.

From my own experience with the MSI K8T Neo, my overclocking was thwarted by the IDE circuits. I had no problem at 210 (still don't), none at 215, but above 220, I got frequent file reading errors. I am using PC3200 ddr with non-agressive latencies (otherwise known as low cost memory), but got no apparent memory errors at 220. Temperatures even seemed OK.

If your heart is set on 220FSB or higher, you may need to look at an NForce solution with PCI lock.

I have the MSI board and am able to get to 221FSB stable. The only problem I am having is the Floppy Drive Connector doesn't work. Other than that, it's a great board!
