How do these two boards compare in terms of overclockability and stability? What are the problems in each of them?

I already searched and saw how people praise both individually but I want to see how they compare like how benchmark guides are written.
 
There is a roundup of all the 939 borads up top in the mobo area. The K8N comes out on top.
Only prob I am having with it is not being able to run 300+ fsb 🙁
 
i believe those are only for the SLI versions, or since they are by the same company and same chipset, they should be identical in performance other than the SLI feature?

WA261: do you have this board? you said you cant get 300+ fsb? do i really need that if i am only clocking a 3200+ venice to 2.8ghz assuming it's 280x10?
 
I cnat do 300 =( I can only hit 296. Every place I have looke dI ma told it is due to the mobo. 280fsb in not a problem at all/
