MSI K8N Plat...XP Install Problems

Hi,

I tried to installed WinXP on a MSI K8N Plat. but got a BSOD with a ACPI error.
This happens right after windows load its drivers, before your prompted to press [Enter} to install windows.

Bios 1.4

3200+
3 x 512mb DDR400 @400mhz
2 X 80 Maxtor SATA on SATA 1 & 2
X800 XT

I tried to turn off ACPI, ACPI ON with 1.1 ACPI with 1.4, load nvidia drivers [F6] still get the same thing.

Any idea whats happening?
