msi k8n no mouse or keyboard

For some strange reason i can plug into ps2 ports but when i try to hookup my cordless i can get the keyboard to work but not the mouse(ps2). Now if i take a separate ps2 mouse in it works. very strange. Any ideas?

I had the same problem with my K8N Neo2, but with a USB mouse. I had to use a
USB->PS2 adapter. I later flashed the bios to the lastest version, and I don't need the adapter anymore. Strange...
