MSI K8N Neo4/SLI Motherboard?!

Hi... i got a ASUS A8N-SLI Premium Motherboard like 2 month ago... after i format it last week... its been crashing and freezing ever since (Its been freezing before too but sometime don't know why it stop so...) I ask the Tech guy from the store that i buy from.. he said the Motherboard is kind of ****** -_-"


Now i need to return it to ASUS and i don't wanna wait for the shipping back and forward.. i was wondering if the MSI K8N Neo4/SLI Motherboard is a stable no bug motherboard for my AMD64 3000+ Winchester.. and my Samgsung DDR400 OEM RAM...


Please help me out.. i need to buy it tmr.... got lot of HW to do!
 
Sure it is the board? Those issues are often PSU, heat, or RAM related. I'd get the shop to try a good PSU on it, run memtest86+ on the ram, and make certain heat isn't a problem.

If the board does turn out to be at fault, I too use and endorse the MSI. Haven't played BF2 so wasn't aware the audio was borked for it though.
