Hey guys. I just built my first rig, and have a small problem that maybe you can help me out with please. The problem as it is relates to my USB onboard plugs. If my comp is on and booted up I can plug in my keyboard and it works fine, but if I reboot the comp with it or pretty much anything plugged into the USB it will lock on the boot up. Any suggestions on how I can fix that?

Mother board is an MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum. Like I said I'm new at this and its my first go.
