MSI K8N Neo4 Platninum board and Zalman CNPS9500 LED

I'm thinking of getting this board and cooling heatsink for the CPU. Are they compatible?
I would especially appreciate a reply from anyone who has this combination-
What about room to fit it. I intend to use a 7800GTX graphics card with it.
If not, is there anywhere i can get definite confirmation that they work Ok together?
