MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum - Which LAN?

Which LAN connection is better on the MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum motherboard? Or are they both the same?

option 1: Marvell 88E1111 (I think this is also referred to as the Nvidia one?)
option 2: Marvell 88E8053 (Yukon?)

Also, in the BIOS, should their related ROMs be enabled or disabled for best performance?

Finally, regarding another BIOS tweak, should I enable the Cool'n'Quiet if I'm using an Athlon 64 3200+?

Huh? One is the nVidia LAN and one is the Marvell one. I happen to be using both.
