which one would you buy? my asus board is being returned because it doesn't cool well at all with the mobo upside down in my lian li case. (i didn't do my homework on that one). i don't plan on using dual video cards and i just got 1900xt.

anyway im looking to overclock my opty to 2.8mhz on air so overclocking features are definate plus.

also i like how the MSI board is layed out. the DFI board has minimum pci slots and my vid card will block one of them. i also don't like where they place the cpu socket on the dfi. however i could live with either build.
 
Both good choices. Of course the RD580 should supposedly launch soon.... altho it sounds like you need a board now ...

Edit: you put the A8N-32 SLI Deluxe in a V1000? Lol, that sounds bad... heatpipes don't work too well upside down. As you must have found out.
