ok, i got one last question:

which board is better for gaming (i will NOT OC), MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum or DFI LanParty UT nForce4

i will get one of them, and i was wondering which one is better for gaming, and which one gives a better performance and stability overall (once again, just to remind you, i won't OC)

also, will both of them work with a 20pin adapter? 20 to 24 pin adapter converter? (i've heard that the lanparty sometimes fries itself if u use a 20 to 24 pin adapter converter)

both of them are stable at stock settings and perform well.

you can use a 20pin adapter on them, just make sure you put it in the right way.

I'm on the same block as you. I want to get an sli board but, can't decide if i should get msi or dfi...
