MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum Ultra board problem

I recently got this mobo from ncix.com. has 3500+ venice and 2gb ocz performance ram. runs fine its just it likes to turn on whenever it feels like it. For instancce, i shut down at night but i find it running in the morning. the only way to stop this is to flip the switch on the back of the power supply (which is enermax 535w noisetaker). any suggestions to remedy this problem? Thanks in advance for the feedback.

i am an MSI hater so i shouldnt comment, but i would double check everything and make sure nothing is shorting out and causing it to kick on, and make sure you dont have liek wake-on-lan enabled maybe?

otherwise i would rma the board and get a whole different brand. just my .02 cents....someone on here might know a trick. goodluck!
