I have the MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum motherboard. currently, I have a 250 Gb IDE drive along with a 70 Gb SATA II drive connect and running. Windows is loaded on the SATA II drive. The problem is when I remove the IDE drive the 70 Gb SATA II drive is no longer recognized by the motherboard. It see the drive but show 0 Gb and says it is a 3 IDE master. How can I get the motherboard to establish the SATA II drive as the primary drive. Note: the SATA II drive is connected to the SATA 1 (purple) port.
