Hey all, I am planning to get a silent/cool enough system soon but i have a problem choosing my motherboard.

Specs:
A64 3500+ - stock replaced with Thermalright XP-90 paired with a Nexus 92mm fan
PC 3200/400 Corsair CL2.5 1GB
Samsung P120 200GB
MSI NX6600GT - stock replaced with Zalman VF700
Benq DW1640 16x DVD+-RW
Cooler Master Centurion 530 - fans replaced with 120mm nexus fans
Antec True Power 480W v2

Im deciding on either MSI K8N Neo4 or Asus A8N-SLI. Both seems good, but which will be a better choice for my specs with a Zalman VF700 and the nb replaced with Zalman NB47J? I am leaning more on MSI's.

And for a newbie who've never touched anything inside the box, will the installation be alright?

The Neo 4 Platinum Sli leaves very little room between the pci-e slots for after market cooling solutions. However, the onboard sound of the MSI offering is much better than the standard ACL850 of the Asus board.

How is the clearance between the VF700 and NB47J for those who've used MSI's? I've seen Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe and there is a 5mm gap between them.

i'm leaning between gigabyte k8n-ultra-9 and the msi neo4 k8n platinum.

the msi seems better but i dread the nb fan and i'm too weakkneed to remove it myself :/ and the gigabyte may run too hot with the passive to try o/cing.
