I'm considering switching over to a64 finally and i've been researching some mobo's but I dont want to speed too much money. Been reading around and MSI has been peeking my interest. I've looked at the above mentioned board and it seems like a good deal with all the features that I need. Does anyone know if this board can do good OC's? or should I just go with the Neo4 Platinum for a few extra dollars?

The system will look something like this:
A64 3000+ or 3200+
MSI K8N Neo4 F or Platinum
RAM my Mushkin
same HD's and Optical Drives from old rig
Video: either 66gt or an XL
Does anyone know if my TP430w can handle it? and do i need to upgrade to an atx2.0 with the 24pins? or will my current tp430 be able to be usable in the new rig.
