MSI K8N Neo3-F

Hi guys, I currently have a Epox Nforce3 mobo and Athlon 2800+ (S754)with XFX Geforce 6600GT AGP. I want to switch over to a PCI-e motherboard since all new cards will be released in that format. I plan on upgrading my video card every year and my motherboard + CPU every 2. I saw the MSI K8N Neo3-F, which is an NF4 board with PCI-E support. How is this board? THe price is very reasonable at $78 and it won't force me to buy a new CPU. Unfortunately when I got my CPU back in january, it cost me $130. Now you can find it under $100. I want to be able to keep my CPU for awhile but not be limited by AGP. What are you comments on the MSI K8N Neo3-F?
