MSI K8N Neo3 & ATI Radeon 9800 PRO 128

Hi, I just got the MSI K8N Neo3 with th AMD 64 3000+, using Windows XP 64-bit or the 32 bit version and in any of the twa cases my system hangs up a few seconds after rebooting, I have tryed other video cards and they work well. I have upgraded the MB BIOS and also I am using the new Catalyst 5.8 and of course is not working.
Any suggestion?
