I just installed a Big Water cooling kit, reran some wires for cleanliness, plugged everything back in, and tried to turn it on. When I hit the power button, I can hear the hard drives and the optical drives, but there is nothing on the screen. I don't get a system beep or anything. I tried reseting the BIOS but that did nothing. Could a fried Proc cause this to happen?
