MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum work with a 120mm CPU Fan?

I'm going to buy this mobo and am looking at some HC/Fan combos - I want a quieter system and I know there are some good 120mm fans that run quiet - anyone own this board and using a 120mm fan? thanks.
 
Ok let me try this again - I am looking to get an MSI K8N Neo2-f mobo with a Ninja Scythe HS with a Nexus 120 mm fan on the side - does anyone think I'll have trouble getting the HS/Fan on the CPU with this board? Thanks!
 
I can tell you that an XP-90 covers RAM slots 1&2, so a 120mm fan will leave little or no room for movement. It might physically fit, but it would be very tight.

Try posting this question over at the MSI forums. I'm sure someone has already tried this, or at least knows for sure if it will fit or not.
