I've heard that the heatsink covers up some of the dimm slots.

Can any one tell me the cons of this heatsink (pros would be welcomed to) with my mobo.

And if there are can some one give me a different heatsink.

I was thinking about a hyper 6 if the 120 didnt work

Thermalrights website DID list this as compatible. Now it seems they have removed it. I have this motherboard and the XP-120.

I can fit the heatsink on the motherboard by installing the heatsink first, then sliding the memory in afterwards. Note that the heat pipes will have to face downwards for this to work. In this position the heat pipes press close to a large capacitor right above the AGP video card slot.
