MSI K8N Neo2 AGP Lock

In another post of mine, a couple of members stated that the K8N Neo2's AGP lock is enabled by setting the AGP frequency to 67MHz. Is this true, and if so, what is the source of this information (i.e. can anyone point to a link on MSI's U.S. or Taiwanese sites...excluding forums)? I'd just like to hear this from MSI themselves (nothing against their forum members).
