I'm using the AMD retail HS/fan, and the top of it is cold to the touch, base near the CPU is barely warm.

But the temps are reading like 15 C max ... so yeah, don't know whats going on there. Ive used the nvidia diagnostic tools and the BIOS and they both agree with ~ 15 C.
