I have brand new neo platinum nForce3 mobo, and it is making weird hissing or whine noise. First i suspected a psu, so I tried three different one (antec, enermax, and dell pulled psu), they all made a same noise. Took off all the fan, one by one, still same. THen I looked at the motherboard, it had three dougnut shape coil (circular one) and one on the very top make this noise! Interesting thing is it get even worse when my segate barracuda sata hadd is active.
Is this mean I have to RMA or return my mobo?
