MSI K8N Diamond Plus = no single SATA?

I built my system with this board, but the SATA drivers that came with it on the floppys do not load with XP-64. It has 32 bit drivers for a single SATA drive, RAID drivers in 32 and 64 bits, but no 64 bit drivers for a single SATA drive.

Does anybody know a workaround for this?

And if you use the nvidia controller, and make sure RAID is disabled in BIOS, then no drivers will ever be needed ...
