MSI K7T266 Pro2A and XP1700+ or something else?

I found a new MSI K7T266 Pro2A with a retail XP1700+ for $100. I'm looking to replace my P2-266 (don't laugh) that just died. I'm looking for the most bang for the buck, and a stable system (so I don't have to hear my wife say we should have bought a mac). I'm not a gamer, and I've never been an overclocker, but I'm not averse to it. Do I go with:

MSI K7T266 Pro2A and retail XP1700+ for $100

Newegg XP1600+ and refurb Epox 8K3A+ for $120 +/-

Newegg XP1600+ and Epox 8K5A2+ for $160 +/-

Wait for one of the Dell small business deals (maybe around the holidays) and pick up a complete machine for $400 +/-

live with my laptop for a while and see what comes out later

RAID, USB 2.0 are nice but not necessary.

I'll need a new power supply and RAM too.

Thanks.

I would wait for a Dell deal.

You're not going to overlcock, or game etc.

So you won't need a fancy video card, sound card, etc....

I just picked up the same deal at Fry's. I may never open it, but it's nice to have a spare setup just in case my regular p4 dies. Having the latest and greatest is fine, but bargains like this for people on a budget are hard to pass up. I think a friend at work will take it, or I can send it to my brother as a nice christmas gift (he still uses a k6-400). For a great deal on a power supply or video card, check newegg Wednesdays in their refurbished section. Some items are gone in an hour.
