MSI K7t266 Pro2 / CPU fan Warning Siren on startup

I get this annoying siren at startup saying my cpu fan is "not running" . It's not connected through the MB but yes , it is running .

Is there a setting I can change in the Bios to disable the warning ?

You can disable it if you update to the latest bios.
