MSI K7T266 Pro2 BOIS problem after CPU upgrade

I just swapped out my 1.2GHz Tbird for a 1700+ on my K7T266 Pro2 and now, for some reason, every time I boot up the BIOS beeps twice and stops at ?UNLOCK KEYBOARD press F1 to continue?, and the D-bracket has three red lights signifying the keyboard controller is initializing. I press F1 and everything boots fine into XP. I?ve cleared the CMOS via the jumper and loaded system defaults several times. It never did this with my old chip. I changed no other components, and no components have been moved. I?ve also tried every USB port, but the system always does the same thing. Any ideas?

I asume you have tried updating your bios.

My bad I placed my System Standby LED over the Keyboard Lock pins on the motherboard header
