MSI K7T266 MB problem

I have a K7T266 that I won at the XP give away and now am having problems. When I cold boot I get the LED error that I have a low battery. How can this be? There is not problem if I restart or have the PC runnning then just down and reboot within a minute or so. I tried updating the bios to 1.7, reinstalled 4in1's, and have tried reseting the cmos and nothing has worked. I need to keep hitting the reset button until it boots.

I am running windows XP with a 1800 XP. I don't think it is a PSU as I have a 350 enermax.

Please help!!!
Thanks

Flash the BIOS or RMA it, I also won a board and proc in the AMD giveaway and I havent had a single problem, using it right now 😀.
