I did a win2k install on the following system:
K7T Turbo Raid with a 1ghz Athlon @ 1 ghz
256mb crucial sdram
wd 30gb hd
V3 3000 Agp
300W PSU Fortron Sourse

Here are the symptoms that i have encountered. I installed via 4in1 4.32 and rebooted. Everything went fine. I started installing the sound driver, but the message poped at me saying: Via Ac97 codec chipset is disabled in a bios, please enable in the bios first and then install the drivers. I said ok and then rebooted, got into bios and checked the audio. Everything that was needed to be enabled was already enabled. I checked device manager and found no unknown devices that were there. Everytime i try to install the audio drivers it doesn't work. I don't know why. Keeps giving the same message.

Please respond, I will appreciate any feedback.

there is actually two places in the BIOS you gotta enable. Like Second one down there is a enable on board audio.

Then 3rd or 4th there is the one that has the IRQ Setting...

I don't recomend the crappy on board sound. It has nothing but problems even when enabled so I hear.

Good Luck...Go buy a sound card...
