hey i was just putting together this comp, and when i thought i finished, i booted up the computer for the first time. the problem is i get no video out through the radeon ve that i have in the agp slot. i thought maybe its the video card, so i swapped it with a voodoo3 3000 which i know works, but still no luck. just wondering if u guys have possible solutions to the problem.

also, the cpu fan doesn't turn on when i turn on the computer, and i have the fan connected to the cpu fan prong. im thinking the mobo might be the problem, but i hope not. lets see what happens....

I just put together a similar system. 1.4 Athlon, 512 ddr ram.
When I powered up no video signal. When I brought the stuff back to where i bought it, it worked
on a test bench. Problem turned out to be power supply. The 300w
supply I had for my P-III wasn't AMD approved. Replaced it and system booted right up

I would have to go with the power supply on this one. Athlons are really picky about power. Although, my PSU isn't AMD approved and it's only a 250watt, but works just fine!?
