Here's the board, i have a 1.1 gig Duron in it, with 1 gig of pc133 ram on 2 chips, im using a WD 40 gig hard drive. The HD worked fine in another board and as far as i know the k7t came out of a working system.

Now that thats out of the way, i have a weird issue with this board. I can get it up and going to the bios just fine, but it doesn't detect any IDE device. It doesn't even detect my floppy. I know that the HD has power and would have a hard time believeing the floppy wasn't getting power. It acts like there is a bios option messed up somewhere thats causing this problem (like trying to fix a usb port when the bios is set to disable USB). Is there anything that could cause the board to ignore the IDE devices? Everything is set to auto and the FDD is set to 1.44. I have no clue what it could be.

I have the previous board (6330 v2) with raid enabled. I'm only guessing; but maybe resetting your Bios would clear up any bios problems. Pull the battery and short out the pins to clear CMOS. Then move shorting strap back and replace battery. Do this with the power cord unplugged ; of course. I can't update or flash bios with my board; and I'm not sure about your version either. Try resetting CMOS and see if that clears the not recognizing floppy and IDE attachments. Clearing CMOS would put it back to factory settings. If that doesn't work the board may have more serious faults.
Good luck.

The shorting strap is " JBAT1 " just below and slightly right of the Battery. page 2-26 of the manual. short pins 2-3 to clear data. short 1-2 to save data. If you forget to move it back to 1-2 it won't even post. Again; Good luck
