Okay, I've been reading about the MSI K7t problem with setting the multiplier and having it "stick" when using a thunderbird. Some people say that the beta OC bios maay fix this, some say there is no fix. What's the verdict? Has anyone been successful at overclocking Athlon Thunderbirds using the MSI K7T Turbo and with which bios?
I bought the motherboard before learning about all these problems - so unless there's a solution, I might have to return it. My Thunderbird 1.3 200 FSB is coming tuesday. I was hoping to have the MSI change the default 13x100 to 133x10 and then play around with the multiplier from there.. But if there's a multiplier changing problem, then I'd rather change motherboard.
Thanks for your help
