MSI K7T Pro2-A ?!?! How'z this board?

i'm looking for a cheap motherboard for my TB 1GHz cpu. How 'z this motherboard? i know asus is good... but a little bit too expensive for me. Is there any major issues with this motherboard and how'z the overclockability? stablity ?

One of the most stable KT133 boards there is.

I also ask, is there any reason your not going to get a KT133A board? I realize you have a 100mhz fsb Tbird but if it's unlocked then you could overclock it in a KT133A board.

Don't get it. Its not very stable and there's a chance of getting one with DMA problems. I'd recommend getting an Asus A7V133 or some other KT133A chipset.

without a doubt IMHO, the best KT-133 (not KT-133a, that's a topic for another thread) motherboard ever made...

I had one. It is a very stable board (at least mine was). It just had too many "quirks" for me, though....no cold booting, ZIP drive locking up, IRQ's constantly changing with each BIOS update. It may have just been my board, though.
